High integrity and fidelity of implementation requires high levels of coordination between schools and HIL Project Coordinating Team. This coordination is supported by multiple streams of feedback including feedback forms and interviews. Facilitator interviews have been conducted to understand the nature of their initial work within schools and interviews of principals are being conducted to best understanding the needs and expectations of school leaders. The information gleaned from the interviews is shaping the training given to facilitators and the planning of HIL Summits.
